Delete Account

Request deletion of your ChartWise account and data.

Before you delete

  • This action cannot be undone
  • All your cloud data will be permanently deleted
  • Local data on your device must be deleted separately from the app
  • Any active subscription will be cancelled

Delete local data only?

If you only want to delete data stored on your device (and you never created an account), you can:

  1. Open ChartWise app
  2. Go to Profile tab
  3. Scroll down to "Clear All Data"
  4. Confirm deletion

Request Account Deletion

Your email client will open to send the deletion request. We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation email.
