Delete Account
Request deletion of your ChartWise account and data.
Before you delete
- This action cannot be undone
- All your cloud data will be permanently deleted
- Local data on your device must be deleted separately from the app
- Any active subscription will be cancelled
Delete local data only?
If you only want to delete data stored on your device (and you never created an account), you can:
- Open ChartWise app
- Go to Profile tab
- Scroll down to "Clear All Data"
- Confirm deletion
Request Account Deletion
Your email client will open to send the deletion request. We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation email.
